Elmer served our country during World War II in the U. S. Army and was retired from Dupont.
He is survived by his wife Ruth and two daughters, Scarlett Grosh and Patricia Hays.
There was no visitation.
Private graveside services for Elmer were held on Monday, Jan. 9 at Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
