Emma is preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Tom Franklin Kelley; brothers Jake Ziegler and Bill Ziegler.
She was the daughter of the late John and Hattie Ziegler of Chattanooga
Emma was a retired Seamstress.
Emma is survived by her son Frank Kelley of Hixson and daughter Harriet (Paul) Brumley of Hixson; three grandchildren Brent Kelley of Sweetwater, Katie Brumley of Hixson, and George Brumley of Hixson; several Nieces and Nephews
The family will receive friends on Monday, May 19 from 4-8 pm at Chattanooga Funeral Home-North Chapel and on Tuesday, May 20 from 10-11 am
Graveside service will be conducted at 11:30 am on Tuesday, May 20 at Lakewood Memorial Gardens- East with Rev. Wayland Stewart Officiating
