Frances Evelyn Kyle
December 17, 1933 – April 13, 2019
Frances Evelyn Kyle “Mamaw” , Passed from her earthly home into her heavenly home Sat. April 13th 2019. Born in Dayton TN on December 17, 1933,she would spend the majority of her life in the Middle Valley community.
As a single mom she would raise 4 children. A seamstress by trade she retired from Simco leather as a master embroiderer of Equestrian blankets. Her love of sewing was evident in the clothing she would make throughout her days that was made with such skill it was hard to tell it wasn’t purchased from a department store. Another skill she excelled at was cooking. Her fudge, made during the Holidays, was a treat for anyone lucky enough to receive it. Her love of all things Elvis made her truly one of his greatest fans and always kept her young at heart.
Frances was a beautiful lady that loved the Lord and practiced His commandment of loving your neighbor as yourself. Her ability to show love and caring was incredible. Always ready with a smile and a helping hand, she brought joy into everyone’s life. She lived her 85 years and enjoyed every day. There are many things we will miss about Mamaw but we know she is at rest now. Heaven has received one awesome lady.
She was preceded in death by her parents, several brothers and sisters and her son in law Wayne Pittman. She also laid to rest two of her sons, Mark Drenning and Franklin Drenning.
Left to cherish her memory are her one surviving sister Irene Leffew; Daughter Brenda Sue Pittman; her son Donald Ray Drenning; Her Granddaughter, Stephanie (Todd) Maynor; A Grandson, Darrell (Ashton) Pittman; Her Great Grand babies, Hannah and Matthew Maynor, Lana and Levi Pittman and Amber Shrekenbock and Christina Drenning. Her Family was the most important thing to her here on earth and we will always remember her and keep her spirit alive within us.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, April 16th from 6-8 pm and Wednesday, April 17th from 1-2 pm at Chattanooga Funeral Home North Chapel, Hixson. The best way I know to describe Frances is To know her was to love her. She had such a spicy strong spirit with a beautiful heart. She loved her family and they loved her. She will certainly be missed but the love she shared will last you a lifetime because she had that kind of impact on you. Rest in peace Frances you will be missed.
