Frank was born in Trenton, NJ. He graduated from Steinert High School in Hamilton, NJ. He went on to graduate from Cornell University in Ithaca, NY with a Masters Degree in Civil Engineering. After 20 years of service and retirement from TVA, Frank started his own consulting firm, Aerial Terrain Sciences.
He had a love for books, writing, cooking, and painting that will be remembered by all. Friends and family were always happy to see and spend time in his company.
He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Barbara, and his children Brian (Debra) and Kristin (Andy), and one step grandson, Race. Frank is also survived by his brother, Robert (Tressa), and many nieces and nephews.
His faithful dog, Ruger, was so special to him, as was his previous dog, Buddy, who passed in 2017, and was also his true “Buddy”.
