Mrs. Schubert retired from The Red Food Stores, where she worked in the office for many years.
Mrs. Schubert is preceded in death by her husband Robert “Bob” Schubert.
She is survived by her daughter Charlotte Schubert Hixson of Signal Mountain; sons, Robert “Bobby” and wife Earlynn of Signal Mountain; Stan Schubert of Greensboro, North Carolina; four grandchildren, Forrest Hixson, April Schubert, Robby Schubert and Will Schubert; two great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held Friday at 1:00 p.m. at Chattanooga Memorial Park with Dr. Marshall St. John officiating.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 5-8 p.m. and Friday from 11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. at the North Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Wayside Presbyterian Church, 2502 Fairmount Pike, Signal Mountain, TN 37377.
The family would like to express their gratitude to the staff of Soddy Daisy Healthcare for their loving care and kindnesses.
