George Herman Cox, Age 75, of Ringgold, GA, passed away on Monday, January 5, 2014
George is a retired staff sergeant with the United States Marine Corp and was a Vietnam Veteran. He worked in Executive Sales position for several companies. George was a member of Morris Hill Baptist Church.
George was preceded in death by his parents Roscoe and Laura Cox; Three brothers and two sisters
George is survived by his wife Linda Cox; son Scott (Becky) Crane; daughter Sonya MacDougall
Granddaughter Shawna ( Wesley) Sparks; grandson Matthew ( Caroline) Crane; 2 great grandchildren Kai Sparks and Cohen Crane; four sisters and two brothers; numerous nieces and nephews in Kentucky.
The family will receive friends on Friday, January 9 ,2015 from 11-1 pm at Chattanooga Funeral Home-North Chapel
Funeral service will be conducted at 1 pm on Friday, January 9 ,2015 in the funeral home chapel with Pastors Bill Mason and Chuck Patrick officiating
Interment will follow in Hamilton Memorial Gardens
