I just wanted to let you know how sorry I am about Glenn. Mary, you two were always like second parents to me. I love you both very much. I'm sorry I couldn't make it to to funeral home or to the service I'm in the hospital. Please know I love you. You and the rest of the family are in my prayers. Here's my phone number if you need someone to talk too. 423-615-1526.

I remember my uncle Glenn as a loving man who deeply loved and valued his family. He always made me feel loved and like he knew me well even though I grew up in California. Whenever I would see him, he would share things that he remembered about me when he visited us even though I was just a toddler at the time. Over the years, I visited Chattanooga once with my mom, and then with my husband and daughter. We always enjoyed visiting Glenn and Mary and loved hearing Glenn’s stories about growing up, being in the Navy, working at Combustion, singing, and of course his family. Glenn loved to laugh and there was always a funny side to his stories especially if the store was about him. I also remember how he loved and adored Mary and how proud he was of his sons.

God bless you, Uncle Glenn.

You niece, Geri.
