

Mr. Kelley was a graduate of Chicopee High School and University of Massachusetts. He was a member of Cross of Christ Lutheran Church. His first love was family and he enjoyed playing golf and driving his Triumph sports cars. He was a member of the Lions Club, Triumph Register, and Signal Mountain Golf and Country Club.
Mr. Kelley retired from General Electric as an electrical engineer after 40 plus years of dedicated service. He also served in the Army Air Corps. during World War II.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Dorothy L. Kelley; Parents, Harold and Linda Kelley of Holyoke, Mass.
Survivors include; daughter, Tracy K. Zielke and husband, Darrell Zielke, of Augusta, Ga.; son, Col. Jeffrey P. Kelley and wife, Kim Kelley, of Fort Bragg NC; grandchildren, Jeffrey P. Kelley Jr., Katherine D. Zielke, and Sarah A. Zielke.
The family will receive friends for visitation from 12:30 p.m. until 1:30 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 23, 2011, at Alexian Village.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 23, 2011, at Alexian Village Chapel, Signal Mountain, TN 37377. The Rev. Harry Smith will officiate.
Interment will follow at Chattanooga National Cemetery.
