A devoted Christian, Helen lived her life as a reflection of God's love, extending grace, compassion, and encouragement to everyone she met. She was a devoted wife, a loving mother, a blessed grandmother, a cherished sister, a beloved aunt, and a faithful friend whose unwavering support made her a trusted confidant to so many. Her gentle spirit, listening ear, and sincere prayers brought comfort and strength to those who were blessed to know her. One of Helen's greatest joys was serving as a youth director, where she faithfully shared the love of Christ with generations of young people. She had a remarkable gift for inspiring others,
nurturing their faith and reminding them of their value in God's eyes. Guided by her faith her influence extended far beyond the walls of the church, leaving an enduring legacy in the lives she touched.
Though her family grieves her absence, they rejoice in the promise of eternal life through Jesus Christ.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 52yrs, Ralph, her parents, Mary & Milton Brown, her 4 brothers Tom, Leon, Clarence, and Don and 5 sisters, Gertrude, Irene, Mary, Rosa, and Shirley.
She is survived by her brother, Randall, her children: daughter Vicki Nagi Jack), daughter Dana Eikel (Michael), son Spencer Blankenship (Sarah), and grandchildren: Megan, Jeremiah, Cory (Ginger), and Isaac, and her countless nieces, nephews, and extended family.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during a visitation on Sunday, July 5th from 1:00 to 4:00 at Chattanooga Funeral Home, North Chapel. Her Home-going service will be held the following day, Monday, July 6th, with final visitation 10-11, service begins at 11:00 at the North Chapel with burial to follow at Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
Though she is no longer with us in body, her legacy of faith, love, and compassion will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
