Homer D. Barrett

He and his wife, Evelyn, were long-time residents of Chattanooga.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Evelyn M. Barrett, in 2014, and his youngest daughter, Rebecca, in 1975.

Homer is survived by his daughters, Kathalynn Beck (Chip) of Purcellville, VA and Deborah Boring (Alan) of Evans, GA; son, Homer Dale Barrett, Jr. Mr. Barrett has 8 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, 1 nephew and 1 niece.

The family will receive friends from 10 am to 12 pm (noon) on Friday, June 14, 2024 at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held immediately following the visitation at Hamilton Memorial Gardens with Reverend Wayland Stewart officiating.
