Horace Gray of Hixson passed away on August 25, 2020 at the age of 92. He was preceded in death by his parents John and Ruth Gray; loving wife Nadyne Godbey Gray; son Thomas; grandson-in-law Matt Clark; six brothers; and two sisters. He is survived by sons Victor (Carolyn) of Meherrin, VA and David (Sandra) of Soddy Daisy, TN; daughter-in-law Karen Beard Gray of Pasadena, MD; grandchildren Erika (Clark) Walker, Todd (Dagney) Gray, Allison Clark, Ashley (Cody) Fisher, Keith (Erin) Gray, Kevin (Anna) Gray; great grandchildren Violet Gray, Crofton Walker, Carter Clark, Tanner Clark, Madeline Clark, Lauren Gray, and Lily Kate Gray; seven nieces and eight nephews.
A graveside service was held at Hamilton Memorial Gardens on August 29 with family attending and Kevin Gray officiating.
