James was a fiercely loyal & independent man.
James was preceded in death by his mother and father, Ernestine and James K. Mckamey Sr.
James is survived by his sister, Charlynne (Maurice) Parson, children, Michael, Jan, Mark, Nieces & Nephews, Kelly Mitchell and her children Lilli and Cassia, Brian Westmoreland and his son Peyton, and friends significant in his life: Marty & Sherry Hanson, Ken & Tammi Thompson, Charles Perkins, and Raymond Holder.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 21, at the North Chapel, and on Wednesday from 11:30 until time of the service.
Funeral service will be held 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, January 22 at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home with the Rev. Wayland Stewart officiating.
Burial will be at the Chattanooga National Cemetery with military honors.
