Jane Wade

She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Jane was an active member of the Red Bank Cumberland Presbyterian Church, where she was the church secretary for 57 years and the church organist for 25 years. She loved UT football, chocolate, lavender, and bluebirds.

She was preceded in death by her parents Ira and Edith Barnes, and husband William Wayne Wade.

Jane is survived by her sons, Brent Wade and wife Christie of Ooltewah, and Terry Wade, and wife Melanie of Chattanooga, her grandchildren, Renee and husband Jim Jewell, Allyson and husband Ryan Hughes, Chad and wife Megan Wade, and 9 great grandchildren.

She loved the Lord and her church and cherished her family and many friends.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Sunday January 12, 2025, at the Red Bank Cumberland Presbyterian Church with Chad Wade officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:30 until service time.

The committal service will be held on Monday January 13, 2025, at 11:00 AM in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, we ask that donations be made to the Red Bank Cumberland Presbyterian Church Renovation Fund.

Arrangements are by the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory, and Florist, 5401 Highway 153, Hixson, TN 37343.
