He was born March 8, 1984 in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Jonathan was a talented craftsman renovating and preserving older homes.
His grandparents Newton R. and Frances Searcy, Don & Violet Adams, and one uncle, John Searcy preceded him in death.
Survivors include his son, Jonathan Drew Adams, Jr; daughter, Marley Marie Adams both of Hixson; parents, Wanda and Don Adams II of Hixson; brothers, Dr. Don E. (Molly) Adams III of Johnson City, Tennessee; Matthew R. Adams of Hixson; sister, Melissa M. (Nathan) Wysong of New Bern, North Carolina; and two nephews and five nieces.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, April 14, 2015 from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home. A memorial service will follow at 1:00 p.m. in the North Chapel with Rev. Charlie Wysong officiating.
