Joseph A. Horne, III passed away Friday, March 24, 2017. Joe was born August 4, 1950 in Durham, North Carolina to Joseph A. Horne, Jr. and the late Marion Williams Horne. Survivors include his wife, Chris Horne; children, Lori (Matt) Gates, Jennifer (Bryan) Fryar; sisters, Lee (John) Thomas, Annie Collins, Margaret (Ken) Darr, Nancy (Norman) Barker; grandchildren, Joey, Blake and Peyton Fryar and Kasen Weathers; numerous “favorite” nieces and nephews and very special friends, Linda Clayton and Phillip Partin. A graveside service will be held at Hamilton Memorial Gardens on Sunday, March 26, 2017 at 3 pm. A Celebration of Life will be held at Foodworks at 5 pm. Arrangements are held by the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory and Florist, 5401 Highway 153, Hixson, TN 37343.
