Judy Pence Brown, 68, a lifelong resident of Eastlake passed away Saturday February 26, 2011 in Etowah. She was born January 26, 1943 to the late Dellie Leroy and Naomi (Lee) Pence. Mrs. Brown was a member of the Hillcrest Baptist Church. She graduated from City High School in 1962 and began her professional career at Tennessee Valley Authority where she retired. She was preceded in death by her husband “Buck” Brown and a brother Willard Pence.
Survivors include many loving friends and family, a sister Linda Biggs, long time friend James Vaughn, nephews Kevin Tatum, Derek Tatum and Ron Pence, niece Lynn Pence, step-children Lamar Brown, David Brown and Theresa Brown.
Funeral services will be held Monday February 28 at 3:00 pm in the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home with Dr. James Sprayberry officiating. Interment will follow in the Hamilton Memorial Gardens with Ron Pence, Daniel Pence, Matthew Pence, Kevin Tatum and Derek Tatum.
The family will receive friends at the North Chapel from 1 -3 Monday.
