Mrs. Cross was retired from T.V.A. as an administrative supervisor with over 30 years of service. She was a member of Ridgedale Baptist Church and the Friendship Sunday School Class. She was a graduate of Central High School.
Survivors include her husband, Joseph A. Cross; nieces, Kathy Walton of Dallas, Texas, Kay Melvin of Collierville, Tennessee, Carol Turner Of Oxford, Mississippi, and Kim Smith of Chattanooga; goddaughter, Katie Golden of Austin, Texas.
Graveside services will be held 11:30 Thursday at Hamilton Memorial Gardens with Dr. Doug Plumblee. officiating.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Children’s Mission Programs, Ridgedale Baptist Church 1335 Hickory Valley Road, Chattanooga, Tennessee 37421.
