Kathi Laudone, 69, of Soddy-Daisy, TN, passed away Friday, February 1, 2013. A native of Long Island, NY, she has been a resident of the Chattanooga area for the past 37 years. She was the daughter of the late Leonard and Katherine Kent and was also preceded in death by her brother, Thomas Kent. Survivors include her husband, Anthony “Chip” Laudone; daughter, Jennifer (Chris) Laudone-Johnson, Chattanooga; two sons, David (Wendy) Laudone, Soddy-Daisy and Chris (Rhonda) Laudone, Soddy-Daisy; two grandchildren, Meghan and Ryan. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions may be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at stjude.org. The family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. A private family service will be held at a later date.
