Marilyn and I were good friends and neighbors for over 20 years. We had some great times spending the night with each other when Larry was out of town. I knew Marilyn and Larry  while in the Air Force in Hawaii. I was Larry roommate while he was at Hickam Air Force base.  When Marilyn  came over I dinner  with them a few times after they moved off base. I got to see them again and dinner with  them, when Larry came to Chattanooga to  work.     It seem it  was just a few months  ago that I spoke to Marilyn at Larry, visitation. I  was out of town , when Marilyn passed, I am sorry for the  family loss. Marilyn and I went to school at Loganville, Georgia from the first grade thru the twelth grade.   There was approximately 20 of us that were together for the entire 12 years.  We were all close and a tight knit group!  It saddens me greatly to lose another classmate and friend!

I've known Marilyn almost my whole life. I went to church with her and she was a cousin of mine.  She had a great personality and was such a sweet person. I am so sorry about the loss of Marilyn. Please accept my sincere sympathy.

Marilyn was not only my classmate of Class of 1965, she was also my cousin and I loved her very much .   She was a Friend , a great mother and a wonderful.   She and Larry had many years of Happiness before he died.  Now they are in Heaven watching over all of us who remain.

Marilyn and Larry were dear to us.  Though we saw them just a few times a year, we enjoyed visits filled with laughter and clever quips, even in times of distress. Now we can think of them as kites entwined, soaring heavenward, reaching out to touch the face of God.
