I am so very sorry I just found out about Martha literally a few minutes ago. I met her on a support group and we instantly clicked. I felt like i knew her my whole life and never met her in person. My heart is broken especially for her little boy who i know was her everything and her parents and siblings. Also to all her friends I will never forget Martha ever

You were unlike anyone I ever knew. You were kind, compassionate, incredibly hilarious, and undeniably yourself. Anyone who knew you or got to meet you for the first time were captivated by your beautiful smile and warm, bubbly personality. Your son Grant has that same warmth and kindness towards others that I knew you were so proud of. You were such an amazing mother and friend. My heart aches but I know you can rest now. Rest In Peace my dearest friend. I love you and will never forget the light you brought to my life.

Dear Perry Family,
Though we never met in person, Martha and I would occasionally chat with eachother through Facebook. Her funny posts and family pics will be greatly missed.
Thinking of all of you (especially Grant) during this difficult time. If there’s anything we can do, please don’t hesitate to ask.

I remember the first time that Grant saw his mother walk in to pick him up. His face lit up and I saw pure joy on his face . Will never forget the smiles .My deepest sympathies to all the family

Grant, Bruce, Barb, Jay, Elizabeth, Katie, and Robbie, I have many fun memories of caring for the Perry kids. I will always remember Martha as a bundle of energy, messy hair, big smile. Sending love and peace to your family.

I worked with Martha for many years at Briargrove Pharmacy. She was a joy to be with. A loving and caring person. When I lost my daughter 9 years ago Martha was a blessing who came into my life and became a light. I remember when Grant was born and how proud and happy she was. I will always love and remember Martha. I’m sending love and prayers to her family.

Martha was a joy to behold - most especially when posting pictures of she and her beloved Grant. Her sometimes silly, always smiling and uplifting posts on social media offered a dose of inspiration and determination. May the legacy of her love and goodness bring comfort during this confusing and surreal time of unfolding grief. Please know that her precious life was loved - as is the entire Perry family. Love and hugs, Willow Hambrick

Martha had such a beautiful smile and loving heart. I remember her from her freshman year in my class at Memorial High, so spunky and full of life. I loved having her in class, and was so proud to see how she had turned her life around. I am heartbroken to learn of her passing. May God hold all those who loved her close during this tragic time and grant comfort and peace in the days and years to come. My sincerest condolences.

May Christ’s peace be with you today and always,
Ms. Waligura

You were one of the kindest and sweetest friend I ever had, I remember our daily lunch dates and running off to get chick-fil-a, to going out and having plain fun, each of us being our own kind of weird. I will miss you so much, Houston will always be your home. You'll be in my thoughts and prayers and so will your son and family.
