Mary L. Brinski

She was 81 years old and fought pancreatic cancer for over a year. She was the second child born to Rex and Agnes Deal, on October 6, 1931 in Chipley Florida. She attended Florida State University where she met and married Doyle L Branton on December 23, 1950. They were married for 32 years before their divorce. Children born to them are; Richard D Branton, his wife, Laura Dunn; Pamela L (Branton) Cross, her husband, James A Cross; Ronald E Branton, his wife, Kim Hyang-ran; and Nannette Y (Branton) Young, her husband Martin Young.

Mary married Troy Swindall in January 1989 where they were married for 12 years until Troy’s passing on November 20, 2001.

Mary met and married Edward Brinski on February 15, 2003 where they were married for 9 years until Ed’s passing on October 11, 2012.

Survived by Sister, Ann McCleskey and husband Ray of Signal Mountain, nieces Susan Cade and husband Joe of Murphreesboro, TN and Patricia McCleskey of Brentwood, TN

Mary’s Grandchildren are (in order of birth): Richard K Cross , Jennifer Palmer, Rich Branton, Ashley Young, Christina Johnson, Joey Branton, Nicole Young , Michael Branton, Alex Branton, Zachary Branton, Zoey Branton.

Great Grandchildren are: Morrigan and Patrick Cross, Dallas Johnson, Shelby Johnson , Kenddrick Mason, Lilian Branton, Cameron Mason , Ivy Mae Black, Sydney Johnson , and Cassie Branton.

The family will receive friends on Friday, April 19 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the North Chapel Chattanooga Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm Saturday, April 20th, at the North Chapel Chattanooga Funeral Home.

Burial will be held at the Chattanooga Memorial Park.
