She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Soddy Daisy. Mary graduated from Collegedale Academy in 1965. She was an active member of the Organization Eastern Star, Ladies Shriners, American Legion, and the Telephone Pioneers. Mary retired from Bell South after 30 years and from Hunt Nissan after 15 years.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Earl and Mamie Ward McMillen and her husband, Wallace Pendergrass.
There will be no visitation at the funeral home. You are welcome to meet at the funeral home and follow us to the gravesite. We will leave by 12:50 pm.
Graveside services for Mary will be held at 1 pm on Wednesday, February 10, at Hamilton Memorial Gardens with Pastor Brandon and the Order of the Eastern Star’s officiating.
We respectfully request that "social distancing", wearing masks at all times, and all CDC measures be followed at the funeral home and cemetery.
