He was born August 27, 1952 in Chattanooga.
He was preceded in death by his father, William R. Finnell, Jr.
Mr. Finnell was a U. S. Army Veteran serving in the Vietnam War.
He is survived by his mother, Laura Finnell; brothers, Phillip Finnell and Timothy Finnell; one niece and several other family members.
There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
Graveside services will be held at 1 pm on Wednesday, June 22, at Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
Arrangements are by the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home.
