She was born on May 24, 1923 in Sequatchie County.
She is preceded in death by her parents Preston and Lou Pickett; brother Vernon, Raymond and William (Bill) Pickett; son Steve Williams
Naomi is survived by her husband of 67 years, Virgle (Shrimp) Williams; son Michael (Linda) Williams; daughter Debby Champage; sister Bernice Smith; Brother Thurman Pickett; grandson Matthew Williams; granddaughter Lindsey Stewart and 2 great granddaughters.
She was a member of the North Hamilton Church of Christ.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, July 14, 2013, 1- 3 pm at Chattanooga Funeral Home-North Chapel
A Celebration of Life will follow at 3 pm in the funeral home chapel with David V. Smith officiating
