Pam was a graduate of Central High School, Class of 1975. She graduated from the University of Tennessee Knoxville with a Bachelors Degree in Education. Pam was employed with the State of Tennessee in the Department of Human Services.
Preceding her in death were her mother, Louise Bowman Woodruff, sister, Beth Woodruff Benton, maternal grandparents, Felton L. and Sarah E. Bowman; paternal grandparents, Joe Travis Woodruff and Hattie Mae Woodruff, nephew, Chase P. Benton.
Left behind to cherish Pam’s memory are her son, Blake (Kaydee) Ragsdale, father, James E. Woodruff, nephews, Travis W. (Brittany) Benton and Miles T. (Jessica) Benton.
A Celebration of Pam’s Life will be held at in the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home on Saturday January 21, 2023 at 11:00 am with Rev. Ken Clark officiating. The family will receive friends two hours prior beginning at 9:00 am until service time.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Pam’s memory to Grace Works Church, 6445 Lee Hwy, Chattanooga, TN 37421.
Arrangements are under the care of the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory and Florist, 5401 Highway 153, Hixson.
