He was born January 24, 1934 to his loving parents, Paul and Rachel Browne, who preceded him in death. Bill was a member of Haskins Community Church, and is remembered by his love of playing the organ in his early years. He retired after teaching 30 years in “Business Education” near Cleveland, Ohio at East lake North District and near Toledo, Ohio, in Oregon “Fasset Junior High. Bill loved his summers in Canada, near Elk Lake camp grounds over 50 years, enjoying many other families, friendships, fishing, etc.
He is survived by his sisters, Carol (Jim) Rowland, Edgewood, NM, Nancy (Bill) Koch, Montrose, CO and Evelyn (Larry) Canfield of Hixson.
There will be no visitation or services at the request of Bill.

Arrangements are by the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory and Florist, 5401 Highway 153, Hixson.
