He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert P. Dobbins and Eloise (Dobbins) Stiltner and a sister, Eleanor Sue Cameron.
Survivors include a daughter, Sara (James) Hewitt; son, David (Staci) Dobbins; sister, Janice (James) Jarchow; nephew, James (Jennifer) Jarchow Jr. and niece, Deborah (Mike) Schaffer.
A Memorial Service will be held at 4 PM on Wednesday, June 27 at the North Chapel with Rev. wayland Stewart officiating. There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to Children’s Hospital at Erlanger, 975 East Third St., Chattanooga, TN 37403.
