Ronald served our country during the Vietnam Era, in the United States Navy on the USS Ranger. He was retired from Norfolk Southern Railroad.
He is survived by his three sons, Jason Turner of Louisville, KY, Joshua Turner of Detroit, MI and Jarrod Turner of Ooltewah; grandson, Levi Reed Turner; sister, Shirley Daniel.
There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
Graveside services will be held at 11:30 am on Tuesday, December 22, at Chattanooga National Cemetery with military honors.
Arrangements are by the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory and Florist, 5401 Highway 153, Hixson.
