Samuel is survived by his three sons Raleigh ( Ann) Maddox, Don Maddox and Bill (Shawn) Maddox ; step daughter Judy Chrisoferson; several grandchildren and great grandchildren
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 2, 2014 from 12-1 pm at Chattanooga Funeral Home-north Chapel
A graveside service will be conducted at 1 pm on Tuesday, December 2 , 2014 in Hamilton Memorial Gardens
