She was of the Christian faith, and loved to sing, especially solos in her church. She loved to garden and enjoyed her plants and flowers.
Sara was preceded in death by her parents, Carlos Walden and Grace Justice Miller, her son, Dale Dye; and sisters-in-law, Susie Miller, and Barbara Miller.
She is survived by her 2 daughters, Tina (Steven) Hodge, and Lynne Dye, and husband (Carl Baggett); her son, Timothy (Beth) Dye; daughter-in-law, Janell Dye; her sisters, Linda Ratchford, Judy Harkelroad, and Candy Benson; her brothers, Sonny Miller, and Rev. Larry Miller; 5 grandchildren, and a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted from the graveside in Hall Cemetery at 2:00 PM, Friday December 2, 2022 with Rev. Larry Miller officiating. The cemetery is located in the Lone Oak community of Signal Mountain.
Arrangements are by the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory, and Florist, 5401 Highway 153, Hixson, TN 37343.
