She was a member of Green's Lake Road Church of Christ. She was retired from REA Express and the State of Tennessee.
Preceded in death by parents, Horace and Mattie Collier, husband Harold Payne, son Randall Payne, and daughter Anne Payne Snyder. She is survived by grandson Cody Snyder and great granddaughter Clair Anne Snyder.
There will be visitation for family and friends on Friday, June 7 at 1:00 followed by a graveside service at 2:00 at Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
