Sarah was born in Florence, AL on September 30, 1936.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Richard Tolley; and her parents, Ernest and Kathleen Kotthoff.
Sarah is survived by her sons Charlie (Amy) Tolley and A.J. (Carmen) Tolley; sisters Barbara Kelly and Ernestine Kotthoff Burrell; grandchildren Gabriel, Emma, and Mason Tolley.
Sarah was one of the most kind and considerate people. She never met a stranger, and always had a smile on her face. She will deeply be missed by her family and many friends who loved her dearly.
The family will receive friends for visitation on Wednesday, February 22nd from 4-8 pm and 11am to 12 pm on Thursday at the Chattanooga Funeral Home North Chapel Hwy 153.
Graveside service will be Thursday, February 23rd at 12:30 pm at the National Cemetery.
