Shirley is going to be deeply missed in our Lenox Trace community. When I moved in to Lenox Trace two years ago, Shirley was one of the first people I met. She came to my door just to welcome me and share some information about this community that she loved. I would see her and Richard many days out walking down the street, and if I was at the mailbox or in my front yard, she would stop just to chat.  Her having to walk with a walker didn’t stop her. She was truly an amazing lady. 
My thoughts and prayers are with Richard and their family during this difficult time.

Shirley this was one of the hardest days of my life. Sister we have loved each other all of our lives. Even thought miles separated us for many years, we still stayed close. 

We talked to each other several times a day. I will always love you and you will always be in my heart. I needed more time with you. Thank you for loving my Wendy and you always had something good to say about her. You are there with Clayton. Watch over Wendy and me. One day we will be together again.

Shirley was a very special person, always there to help when and wherever she could.  She will be missed..

Vickie has been a friend for decades. Although we never had the privilege of meeting her parents, Vickie spoke of them often, so we felt that we knew them. We extend our sympathy to Vickie and her dad for their loss, and hope they will find comfort in the fact that their beloved mother and wife enjoyed a long and fruitful life and touched the lives of so many others through her many volunteer activities and network of friends. Truly a life well lived!

Mike and I send heartfelt condolences to Clifford and family on the passing of Shirley. She was the best neighbor, always willing to share stories and information she thought we ought to know. She loved the neighborhood dogs so much and would walk over to our house to visit our dog Marco and bring him treats. We will miss her so much. ♥️🙏🏻

Clifford & Vicki, so sorry for your loss.   Shirley was like a second mother to me. Her love, kindness and  presence helped shape my life in ways I’ll always carry with me. Shirley was  a great neighbor for several years. I have known Shirley for 20+ years. She was a great lady. She would call and check on me if I didn’t check on her. With warmest sympathy to all the family. especially Clifford her husband.
