She was a graduate of the Hixson High School Class of 1942 and was a member of Hixson United Methodist Church.
Thelma was the daughter of the late Albert Isaac and Annie Marie Guider Guth. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Tom Neil Eldredge; her daughter, Margaret E. Pearl; sister, Gwen Baker, and brother, Al E. Guth.
She is survived by her daughters, Gwen E. James, of Braselton, GA, Debbie E. (Mark) Brown, of Soddy-Daisy, TN, and Patti E. (Randy) Parker, of Soddy-Daisy, TN; her son Tommy L. (Joni) Eldredge, of Hixson, TN; several grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted from the Graveside on Monday, October 11, 2021, at 2:00 PM EDT at Hamilton Memorial Gardens, with Dr. Mark Gooden officiating.
The family will receive friends from 12:30 until service time at Chattanooga Funeral Home North Chapel.
Memorials may be made to the Sam P. McConnell Sunday School Class at Hixson United Methodist Church.
