He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Thomas Lynn and his maternal grandmother, Elsie Shubert.
Todd is survived by his mother, Fran Shubert Lynn, his father, Alvin E. Lynn, a sister Jennifer Lynn all of Chattanooga; two half -brothers, Chris Lynn of Ooltewah and Chad Lynn of Colorado; his paternal grandmother, Louise Mewborn, several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
The family will receive friends from 12:30 until 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 6, at the North Chapel.
Funeral services will be held 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home with Reverend Jason Thomas officiating. Burial will follow at Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
