He worked as engineer for Mesa Associates for many years.
Tracy was an avid pool player and a member of the Chattanooga APA. He was also the team captain of Pocket Change out of Doublehill Billiards in Hixson Tennessee.
Tracy is Survived by his wife of 22 years Michelle Lee O’Neal of Hixson; son Tray Michael O’Neal and Daughter Brianna Stephanie O’Neal; parents Thomas and Gail O’Neal: Sister Andrea Stevens: Nieces Brooke and Jordon Stevens
Funeral service will be Sunday August 12, 2012 at 1:30 pm at the North Chapel with Pastor Randy Bell officiating
Interment will follow to Hamilton Memorial Gardens
The family will receive friends Saturday August 11, 2012 3Pm until 8 pm at Chattanooga Funeral Home- North Chapel
