Wendy was such a lovely person and always had a smile and a kind word for everyone. I can remember some times I was going through a lot and not everyone was sympathetic but Wendy was always warm and thoughtful. She will truly be missed. And the world is less without her here.

Wendy always looked for the best in a person or a situation and she always had great advice to share when it was needed. We had so much fun on different trips to Las Vegas, such fun times at the lake and over dinner with friends.  Joe & I are so glad we got to know her and when I think of Wendy I will always think of her as smiling and happy, and she had the best laugh. She will be missed so much. Our heartfelt condolences go out to Richard, her children, and all her loved ones during this difficult time, we hope they find comfort in the laughter, love and memories they shared.

While I never met Wendy in person, she was someone I grew to rely on. Our service lines interface quite frequently and when requests were escalated, Wendy was always someone I could count on to help me right side the situation. I always felt like we were in it together with a common goal of resolving the issue. I didn't know her well but I always appreciated our interactions. Just knowing what a loss she is to Deloitte, I can only imagine the loss the people closest to her are feeling.

Wendy and I had a special work relationship. Although we never met in person, we connected through vendor payments. She taught me so much and was always so patient with me while I learned. She always answered my questions and offered additional guidance if needed. We became emoji pays and would send them to each other often during the day to express how we were feeling. I called her and Danielle my batman and robin because they would tag-team to help me with challenging requests. My last conversation with Wendy was about the new puppies she'd just gotten and she was so excited about them. Although they were busybodies, as she stated, she was so proud when she spoke of them. I will miss her so much and I pray she is resting peacefully.

Wendy was one of the kindest people I've ever met. She treated everyone with respect. Her commitment to faith, family and work ethic was so strong. She was super sharp, and it was a blessing and privilege to work with her. She was a trusted colleague as well as a dear friend. I pray God's comfort and peace for Richard and all her family. She will be missed so much.

Wendy was a cherished colleague whom I had the pleasure of knowing her at Deloitte. She was genuine, gentle, and kind-hearted person, always bringing warmth and joy to those around her. She often spoke lovingly of her children and beloved husband, Richard, and the wonderful moments they shared camping with friends and families. Her happiness was contagious, and her stories reflected the deep love and joy she found in life. She will be deeply missed, but her spirit and the memories she created will always be treasured. 

My heartfelt condolences go out to Richard, her children, and all her loved ones during this difficult time. May they find peace in the beautiful memories she leaves behind.

I always looked up to Wendy, my older cousin. She was always smiling, so kind, full of laughter. I can’t really remember a time when I didn’t see Wendy smiling. I’ll always remember  spending time at granny’s house, Signal Mountain visits, 4th of Julys, Destin vacation, and having chic fil a nuggets on Christmas Eve, which will always remind me of you and Richard.  I will really miss her. Prayers for all of you. I hope the Lord will lift you all.

Wendy , all through elementary and high school years, you were so kind and happy. I’ll always treasure those years especially the ones at Spring Creek Elementary. You helped with a reunion a while back and helped make our decorations which we are still using. I feel
 So blessed to be able to talk with you back in August/September. My heart is broken and all your classmates share the same sentiment. We love you and you are missed already.

Hi Richard,
I am heartbroken.  Wendy always had a smiling face and I also commented on her  "Cracker Barrel' shirts that were so pretty and unique.  I will cherish the times each year we decorated the AP isle at the Hermitage office; it was so fun and between the two of us, we had great decorating ideas, but always 2nd place.  I was lucky to know her during time at Deloitte. She was a genuine person and will be sorely missed.

Wendy was always so kind, always had a smile for everyone!!!! She was good through and through!  Praying for peace and comfort for her family.

To Richard and family, I am from the San Juan, PR office of Deloitte and I became very good friends with Wendy by a work relationship.  We never met in person, but chat on the phone and in Teams of issues related to AP.  We shared family pictures and enjoyed laughing about things we experienced.  With Wendy I learned so much of doing a better work and through that Wendy got all my respect and admiration.  She was always stepping up to assist me in everything I needed to get that new Vendor opened and having them paid as soon as possible.  Her kindness and sweetness will always be remembered by those like me who knew her.  I hope one day I will meet Wendy in person in heaven, until next time, RIP Wendy, you will truly be missed by me.

Wendy, you will be greatly missed. I remember all the great times we all had at the 4th of July parties at my parents house. Those were so much fun, along with our family trip to Destin in 1997, one of my favorite vacations to date. I know you are back with Uncle Joe, tell him I said hi and I miss him.  Wendy was a wonderful person and was always kind to all who knew her. Bless
