I met Bill and his sister Kay 3yrs ago here at New Horizons. I was immediately captivated by his smile and kindness. Over those 3yrs, Bill and I became very close, we will sit outside and have a conversation about everything. He had the kindest and purest heart. He will tell me to keep warm so I don't get sick. He will counsel me on how dangerous smoking was, (LOL) even though he will occasionally light one up just to come out and have a conversation with me. I will definitely miss our small talks.

My thoughts and prayers are with his family during this difficult time. It is well...... and may his gentle soul rest in perfect peace.
