Alberto M. Sosa passed away peacefully at his home on December 29th 2025 at 2:10pm, at the age of 65. Born on November 12, 1960, in Houston, Texas, he was the beloved son of Ezequiel M. Sosa and Maria Sosa.
Alberto shared 40 beautiful years of marriage with his devoted wife, Lupe Peña, who stood beside him as his partner in life and love. Together, they built a home filled with warmth, laughter, and unwavering devotion to family.
Family was at the heart of everything Alberto did. He cherished weekends surrounded by his loved ones ~ whether he was watching sports with his sons, grandsons, and sons-in-law, or firing up the grill to barbeque for everyone. In his later years, he took great pride in helping care for his grandchildren, offering not just his time, but his love and guidance.
Alberto will be remembered as a devoted husband, great father, best grandfather, a loyal friend, a cherished brother, and a generous uncle. He had a deep love for the outdoors and lived life with quiet strength and kindness that touched everyone who knew him.
His presence will be deeply missed, but the love he gave so freely will live on in the hearts of his family and friends.
Alberto is preceded in death by his father Ezequiel Sosa and brother Ezequiel Sosa Jr.
He is survived by his loving wife Lupe; Sons Albert, Adam (Crystal), Andrew(Angela); Daughters Alexandria (Julio), Ashley (Jonatan); and Grandsons Adam Jr, Julio Jr, Josiah and Jonatan Jr. His loving Mother Maria Sosa and Siblings David (Josie), Elvira (Johnny), Samuel, Mary (Romero), Joel (Kerri), Helen (Carlos), Omero, Josie and Preceded in death by brother in law (Earnest Green).
