Alfredo Sanchez, 78, passed away on Sunday, October 29, 2017 in Houston, Texas. He was born January 8, 1939 in San Benito, Texas to Miguel and Maria Sanchez. He was preceded in death by his wife Loida Rivera Sanchez. Alfredo is survived by his children Melissa Denise Sanchez-Ayala and her husband Victor, Melida Saenz and her husband Frank, Alfredo Sanchez, Jr. and his wife Victoria; grandchildren, Daniel Sanchez, Jennifer Grigas and her husband Alex, Victor Ayala, Jessica Marrier d’ Unienville and her husband Tristian, Diego Ayala; great grandchildren, Levi, Penelope, Gavin and Jude. Alfredo was a man who had a love for car racing, football but his greatest enjoyment was fishing. The family will receive friends on Thursday, November 2, 2017 from 5-9 PM at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held on Friday, November 3, 2017 at 10AM in the Grand Chapel of Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Forest Park East Cemetery in Webster, Texas.
