Alice Marie Borski

Alice Marie Borski, 94, was born April 26, 1922 in Granger, Texas, to parents Frank and Mary Rychlik, and passed away on November 18, 2016 in Bedford, Texas. She was the oldest of 12 children. Alice loved to socialize with all, and never ever met a stranger. She was always available to help all of those around her before helping herself. She loved to cook and feed all, and was a big Astros and Texans fan. She used any opportunity she could to create a social gathering. She was also a long time member of Assumption Catholic Church and a member of the Knights of Columbus #2917 Women’s Auxiliary.

Alice is preceded in death by her husband, Harold “Bob” Borski. She is survived by daughter, Pat Midkiff and husband Mike of Hurst, TX; sons, Don Borski and wife Carol of Spring, TX and Rodney Borski and wife Mary of Spring, TX; 8 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; 5 brothers and 2 sisters.

A visitation will be held on Monday, November 21, 2016 from 5-8 p.m. with a rosary service at 7 p.m. at Assumption Catholic Church 901 E. Roselane St. Houston, TX 77037. Funeral Mass will be held Tuesday, November 22, 2016 at 10 a.m. at Assumption as well, with interment to immediately follow at Earthman Resthaven Cemetery.
