Alice Mabel Richter, 80, passed away Friday, February 17, 2017. She is survived by her husband Herbert Richter, son, Harvey Richter and his wife Cheryl, daughter Alicia Knippa and her husband Rev. Gregory Knippa, grandchildren; Andrew Knippa, Adam Knippa and Jonathan Knippa and his wife Rachel, a brother and 2 sisters. The family will receive friends Wednesday 5pm-8pm at the Heights Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held Thursday 10 am at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 306 East 15th St., Houston, Texas 77008. Interment will follow at Memorial Oaks Cemetery.
