She is preceded in death by her husband, Howard Smith; sister, Dorothy Blanton; brother, Richard Blanton and son, Bobby Smith.
Alice is survived by her sons, Richard Smith and wife Kozy, Kent Smith and wife Leslye; grandchildren, Angela Main and husband Bob, Chad Smith and wife Kim, Greg Smith and wife Leigh, Jessica Streck and husband Beau, Rachel Alsup and husband Cody, Ashton Smith and fiancé Dylan and Brett Smith; greatgrandchildren, Megan, Will, Kinley, Elle and Maddox; sister, Charlotte Parsons; brother-in-law, Douglas Smith.
A visitation will be held on Monday February 26, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday February 27, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home with a committal service to follow at Earthman Resthaven Cemetery.
