She is survived by her loving siblings; Jesse Hernandez (Dalia), Rosalinda Chavez (Gilbert, deceased) Manuel Hernandez, her companion; Raul Monge, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Andrea Graduated from Charles H. Milby High School and then worked at Getty Oil/Texaco before moving on to work at Lamar High School where she retired.
She was always there for you if you needed anything at all and always had a fun gift to give you that you didn’t even know you wanted. Her loving kindness and sense of humor will be missed the most.
The family would like to thank the ICU staff at St. Joseph Hospital and the Staff of Houston Hospice for their wonderful treatment and care.
Visitation will be from 5:00 to 9:00pm on Sunday January 27, 2019 with a rosary service at 7:00pm at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home in the Grand Chapel. Funeral and Committal service will be on Monday January 28, 2019 beginning at 10:00am also at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home 6900 Lawndale St, Houston, TX 77023
