

Angelica “Kelly” Cisneros of Houston, Texas, a beloved daughter, sister, and aunt, passed away peacefully on March 19, 2025, at the age of 66. She was born on February 28, 1959, in Houston, Texas where she grew up and attended Milby Senior High School.
She enjoyed crafts, music and keeping out of town family members up to date on family news and events. She was a bright light in our lives and will be deeply missed by her loving family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her father, Bernard Cisneros Sr., and brother, Raymond Cisneros. She is survived by her mother, Mary Cisneros; sister, Laura Perez and husband, Joel Perez; brother, Bernard Cisneros Jr. and wife, Cleo Cisneros; niece, Andrea Marie Hernandez Zuniga and husband, Bryan Zuniga; niece, Alison Rae Hernandez Rangel and husband, Alex Rangel; niece, Alyssa Ortiz and husband, Jose Rosales; niece, Crystal Jimenz and husband, Alex Jimenz; nephew, Conrad Andrew Hernandez III; nephew, Bernard Cisneros III and wife, Tonya Cisneros; nephews Christopher and Raymond Cisneros; and multiple great nieces and nephews.
A visitation service will be held Wednesday, March 26, 2025. Family and friends from 11:00 a.m., rosary at 1:00 p.m., and a gravesite burial to follow at 2:00 p.m. at the Forest Park Funeral Home, 6900 Lawndale St, Houston, Texas 77023.
