Sister Moore was a charter member and served as secretary of the usher board and as a deaconess during the early tenure of her membership. She remained faithful in her attendance until her husband took ill and later passed away. She later returned to attending Sunday Worship Services as much as she could on the days she felt well enough to do so until the Lord called her home. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lee and Leora Taylor; three sisters, Estell Taylor, Elnora Thomas, Ola Mae Taylor; one brother, Freddie Taylor; two sons, Delvin Moore, Jr., Donald Wayne Moore, and husband, Delvin Moore. She leaves to mourn her passing her beloved and devoted daughter, Janice Renee' Moore Peterson, one son-in-law, Marion Peterson; one daughter-in-law, Elaine White (Donald Wayne Moore - Deceased), one brother, Rev. Leo Taylor, one sister-in-law, Lovie Taylor (Freddie Taylor- Deceased), a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
