Anita Soliz Torres, 78, passed away Sunday, June 12, 2011. She is preceded in death by her son Gilbert Torres. She is survived by her husband Vivian Torres, Children; Louis Torres, Virginia Garcia and David Torres, Grandchildren; Adriane Garcia, Angela Garcia, David Gregory Torres, Danielle Torres and Brandon Torres, great grandchildren; Alyssa Mottu, Kairi Vives, Damian Vives and Mariah Mottu, brother Manuel Soliz and sisters; Janie Vasquez, Geneva Gonzalez and Isabel Sanchez. The family will receive friends Wednesday, June 15, 2011, 5pm at the Forest Park Lawndale Funeral Home. A rosary will be recited at 7pm later that evening. Funeral service is scheduled for Thursday 10am in the Forest Park Lawndale Main Chapel. Interment will follow in Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.
