

Annie Bell Wilson was born in Bernice, Louisiana on December 23, 1921 to Luther and Lettie Richard. She was the second of four children born to this union. She moved from Louisiana to Texas at a very young age. She found employment at Henke & Pillot. She worked there for several years until Kroger purchased the grocery chain. She kept her position as Baker and retired from Kroger after more than 40 years. In the early 1940's, the Lord led Sister Wilson to Damascus Missionary Baptist Church, where she served as a faithful member until God called her home. She was very active in church; serving on the Usher Board, as a Drill Team sponsor, in Sunday School and the Mission. Annie Bell Wilson is preceded in death by both of her parents Luther and Lettie Richard; one brother Levell Richard; two sisters Onie Dell Cartwright and Loveda Kyle; sons John Easter and Joe Nathan Wilson and daughter Willie B. Moore. She is survived by her daughters Mary Lois and Gussie Lee Easter. She is also survived by a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and numerous friends. Precious
