She was born January 31st, 1945, in Houston, Texas to her parents Ira Gordon and Arlee (Jordan) Baldridge. Her education included Sam Houston High School and the University of Houston. Arletta dedicated over 30 years to a career in the insurance industry. Over the course of her very full life, she enjoyed quality time with her loved ones and took joy in learning a wide variety of hobbies and skillsets.
Arletta was preceded in death by her parents, Ira Gordon and Arlee (Jordan) Baldridge of Shepherd, Texas and life partner Jesse "Mike" Shrader. She is survived by her brother Woodrow Baldridge and wife Carole of Waco, Texas and sister Darlene Maichetti of Porter, Texas; her son Rodney Adams of Katy, Texas and daughter Kimberly Adams of Willis, Texas; by her grandchildren: Michael Wick and wife Amy, Reagan Adams and partner Zach LaPlue, Madison Adams and husband Brian Posey, Kennedy Adams, Danielle Duhe and husband Jack, Melanie Gorsalitz, and by her great-grandchildren: Audrey Wick and John Kyle Duhe; in addition to her many beloved family members.
Visitation will be held at Earthman Resthaven, 13102 North Fwy, Houston, TX 77060, on June 11, 2026, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
A Funeral Service will be held at Earthman Resthaven, 13102 North Fwy, Houston, TX 77060, on June 12, 2026, at 10:00 am. The service will be livestreamed at https://www.facebook.com/769939009860736.
A Committal Service will be held at Rosewood Memorial Park, 2602 S Houston Ave, Humble, TX 77396, on June 12, 2026, from 12:30 pm to 1:00 pm.
Pallbearers will be Lyndon Tate, Jack Duhe, Brad Beard, Kenny Hardin, Larry Tobias, Kirk Baldridge , Michael Wick, and Connor Parro.
