Arthur,
For every flower that is to bloom, there is a season
When God chooses to pick one it is for his reason
Such a season was this at the time of your birth
Just as his reason when God took you from this earth.

Within our hearts we shall not search for reasons or cause
Rather, feel so blessed for what we had all in all
So much in life you gave unselfishly to others
Especially to us,your sisters and brothers.

So well did you use the time God gave
A road of loving memories you surely did pave
We laughed and learned much from you in the years gone
Now we thank you Dear Arthur for helping us to be strong.

For many you were a light that shined thru the darkest of midnight
You were someone to correct the wrong, making it all right
You picked many of us up in the mist of our downs
you were there to talk to without the expression of frowns.

We ask God to heal our hearts in these moments of sorrow
To bind both family and friends in love until it be our tomorrow
For your calm sweet spirit must be set free,as that of a morning dove
To journey peacefully on its way to a grand reunion waiting above

We love you Dear God for never taking everything away
And for all your divine blessings given each and everyday
To say this is to thank you for memories we hold so dear
As we continue to love him just as if he was still here.

Now we must say goodbye, will see you after a while
The temple that housed your soul has gone the last mile
Though we love you so dearly,God knew what was best
His loving grace had kept you and his mercy called you to rest.

So stand still old Jordan let a child of God cross
Arthur is going over yonder,in no ways his soul is lost
To put on a robe on a body brand new
He shall walk around in Heaven as on he can do

You have earned your wings, now to travel far
We shall think of you when seeing a twinkling star
To close we say, though years may come and pass
The love our hearts hold and share is love that will last.

Your family and friends

It was always pleasant seeing Teacher & her Honey together. You both always had that glow of genuine love birds no matter where you were, mature adult class, church, fellowship outing. Your love was exhibited not only in your talk, but also your actions. Thanks Bro. Freeman, you always made sure Teacher laughed & wore her beautiful smile no matter what.
